Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it in line with our Returns and Exchange Policy outlined below.

1. When Returns or Exchanges Are Allowed

You may return or exchange an item under the following circumstances:

    • You received the wrong item.
    • The item arrived damaged or defective.
    • You no longer want the item.
    • The item is the wrong size or doesn't match the specifications ordered.
2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days of receiving your order.

3. Your Options When Returning an Item

Once your return meets the required conditions (see Section 5), you can choose to:

    • Receive a credit on your account (less any applicable handling or processing fees);
    • Get a refund (less any applicable handling or processing fees); or
    • Request a replacement or exchange for the item.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please email us at sales@vantage-it.co.za and include:

    • The reason for your return; and
    • Whether you prefer a credit, refund, or exchange.

Important:

Returns are made at your own risk. We recommend using a trusted courier with tracking and proof of delivery.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned goods must meet the following requirements:

    • In original, sealed packaging;
    • Unused and undamaged;
    • Accompanied by the original receipt;
    • Properly packaged and securely wrapped.

Important:

If these conditions are not met, we may decline the return or charge a handling fee.

7. What to Expect After Returning

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

    • Depending on your chosen resolution (credit, refund, or replacement), this will be completed within 5 to 20 business days thereafter.
8. Product Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection.
If we determine that the item is not eligible for return (e.g., used or damaged), we reserve the right to decline the request.

9. Non-Returnable Items & Non-Refundable Fees

The following items are excludedfrom our returns policy:

    • Digital goods and licenses
    • Consumables
    • Headphones
    • Toothbrushes

Please note that courier fees are non-refundable.
