Vantage iTech Delivery Policy

  1. Introduction
    1. This Delivery Policy applies only to purchases made via Vantage iTech.
    2. It has been developed to ensure accurate, timely, and secure delivery of all customer orders.
    3. This policy forms part of your agreement with Vantage iTech and should be read in conjunction with our website’s Terms & Conditions.
  2. Delivery Procedure
    1. Once an order is confirmed, no changes to the delivery address or delivery option will be accepted unless officially acknowledged by us.
    2. Customers will receive a tracking code after payment to track their delivery.
    3. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
    4. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
    5. If no one is present, one more delivery attempt will be made. Further delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
    6. The recipient must sign a delivery note or have a photo/scan taken as proof of delivery.
    7. Before signing, the recipient must inspect the contents for any damage or missing items.
    8. Once signed off as correct and complete, no claims for missing or damaged items will be accepted.
  3. Delivery Areas
    1. We currently deliver within South Africa only.
    2. Customers must provide a valid physical delivery address and contact details during checkout.
  4. Delivery Fees
    1. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the order size and delivery location.
    2. Orders over R500 qualifies for free shipping. Bulky or heavy goods may incur a surcharge.
